Following the parade, join Mr. Bates at the ceremony for a moment of reflection and inspiration. Winners of the " I Have A Dream" essay contest will be announced during the ceremony. Catawba Street 5:00 PM - Food Truck Dining - USCL Bradley Building 6:30 PM - Let It Shine: The American Civil Rights Movement Performed by Bright Star Touring Theatre from Arden, NC.
